2. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Products made to customer specifications

  • Used or damaged items not due to our fault

3. Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
